JOB DESCRIPTION / PURPOSE:

Team leader to assigned FWO’s who will use ViciDial and Maximus to engage with Consumers to offer a Financial Wellbeing Service. This means that will analyse income and expenditure behaviour and use inhouse technology to provide the clients with plan to amend spending behaviour aimed at creating saving which can be used to repay debt. Different options to repay debt is available.

EDUCATION / COMPUTER PACKAGES:

  • ViciDial experience
  • Matric
  • Coaching or marking qualification

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven record of motivating, growing and developing a team
  • Must have proven telephone selling skills which can be used as Team Leader
  • Must have ViciDial experience
  • Proven record of successful Team Leader
  • Coaching or marketing experience
  • Expertise in Debt Review could assist
  • Must have proven Coaching (Team Leader) skills

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Output control is the top daily priority manage tool for Coaches
  • Identify low benchmark performers
  • Identity reasons for low benchmark which could be: Not at work, connectivity, skill refresher required, product knowledge, energy, attitude, low calls, conversion skills.
  • Agree FWO specific Plan of Action. Document and implement.
  • Where benchmarking is high, encourage and motivate FWO to do even better.
  • When FWO is linked to ViciDial the coach needs to ensure maximum calls time on every working day.
  • Need to check quality of call and Budget Planner daily and provide feedback. Confirmation of completion required.
  • Check that follow up has happened (daily) as well as quality control.
  • Quality control, feedback and corrective action. Confirmation of completion required.
  • Check daily the language barrier calls are attended to. Confirmation of completion required.
  • Daily quality control and feedback to FWO. Corrective POA where required. Confirmation of completion required.
  • Ensure leads are called adequately
  • Obtain commitments and appointments from FWO’s. Check and verify on the system that correct steps was followed to ensure daily sales performance are as per agreement.
  • Share progress update on team performance with FWO’s. Where required, coach FWO on company Values and address through Disciplinary Code if necessary
