Job Description:

Exciting opportunity to join our clients Staff Outsourcing Division.  The role will be focused on servicing of existing clients as well as new business development, where you will be required to hunt for new business.  To be successful, you need to be target driven with a proven sales track record within the Service Industry.  You will need to possess a strong sales profile, and have good networking skills.  My client is looking to appoint someone with an outgoing nature and who has high energy levels, combined with an ability to build strong relationships and provide their clients with excellent customer service.

Your daily, weekly and monthly functions will include, but not be limited to the following:

  • Prospecting for new business
  • Identify & segment target markets
  • Planning of weekly and monthly call routes as per allocated area
  • Daily cold calls to prospective clients
  • Setting up of appointments with new prospects
  • Setting daily sales activity goals
  • Research on needs of prospective clients
  • Provide quotations for outsourced staffing solutions
  • Persistent follow-up and closing of deals
  • Networking to establish client brand and services within the market place
  • Reporting to Branch Manager – call reports, progress reports etc
  • New Account Management – credit apps, quote acceptance etc
  • Educate clients regarding time sheets, and payroll cut offs, etc
  • Advise Operations department regarding staffing requirements, client specific needs

Your skills and experience will include the following:

  • Matric
  • Valid, unendorsed drivers license
  • 3yrs experience within the staffing outsourced service industry would be ideal
  • Strong computer literacy in Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet
  • Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
  • Basic understanding of Wages and Payroll
  • Knowledge of BCEA
